Q: What kind of products does Celyn sell?
A: We specialize in stylish, functional pots and planters for indoor and outdoor use. Each item is carefully selected for quality, simplicity, and design appeal.
Q: Are the planters suitable for outdoor use?
A: Many of our pots are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Product descriptions will note if a specific planter is weather-resistant.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: Do you ship outside France?
A: Not at the moment. We currently ship only within France.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat shipping rate of €1.50 per order—no matter how big or small.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@celyn.shop. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal only. You can use your PayPal balance or pay with a debit/credit card via PayPal—even without an account.
Q: When is my payment charged?
A: Payment is processed immediately when you place your order.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@celyn.shop. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: We don’t accept returns on used planters, sale items, gift cards, personalized items, or perishable plant sets.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original PayPal payment method.

Q: How do I clean my planter?
A: Most of our planters can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners that may damage the finish. Always check product details for specific care tips.
