What is earthenware?
Earthenware is a type of pottery made from porous clay that is fired at a lower temperature than stoneware or porcelain. Our earthenware pieces are known for their rustic charm, earthy feel, and unique, handcrafted look. Due to the nature of the material, each piece has its own subtle variations in color, texture, and form, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

Are your products food safe?
Yes, all of our glazed earthenware products are completely food safe. We ensure our glazes are non-toxic and lead-free.

How should I care for my earthenware?
To ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing them with a mild soap and warm water. While some items may be dishwasher safe, hand washing is gentler and will help preserve the unique finish of your pottery. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing a hot dish in a cold sink) as this can cause thermal shock and lead to cracking.

2. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or a credit/debit card through the PayPal gateway.

What is your order cutoff time?
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM PST. All orders placed before this time will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

What are your business days?
Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What is your shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.00 for all orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
