At Celyn, we want your space—and your plants—to feel just right. If your pot or planter isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.
🌿 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We’ll accept returns if the item:
Is unused and undamaged
Is returned in its original packaging
Includes proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at support@celyn.shop. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple return instructions.

⚠️ Note: Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or repotted planters
Sale items or gift cards
Custom-made or personalized pots
Perishable or live plants (if included)
🚚 Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of $1.50 USD per order.
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original PayPal account within 10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different style or size, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us by email to initiate your cancellation and return.
